I want to include metrics into my resume, but they are confidential. What do I do?

Don't include metrics or company names that you know are confidential. We wouldn't want anyone breaking any laws.

In saying that, there are many ways you can omit specific details to respect confidentiality, but still include metrics.

Here's an example - instead of saying " Implemented new booking system for Expedia which led to $500k additional revenue", you can say " Implemented new booking system for major online travel company that led to $500k additional revenue".

Note how the company name ("Expedia") is omitted, but the impact stays the same.
