Sure thing! Generally speaking, we've found that most login issues are caused by an outdated browser or browser plugins which interfere with Google or Facebook's one-click login.
If you're using Chrome, use Incognito mode and try logging in again. Incognito mode clears cookies and disables plugins that might interfere with the logins. You can also use Private Mode in Mozilla Firefox.
If you're using any other browser, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome since it's the only browser we have complete support for.
Note: We don't have complete support for older versions of Internet Explorer (e.g. IE 10 or before) and older versions of other browsers.
